A multiplicity of perspectives can spark creativity and innovation, stimulating companies to spot and seize new opportunities. • Start with Education – attract female students by promoting the industry in close collaboration with educational institutes.
• Role Model - empower and navigate young talent by offering mentorship from senior executive champions
• Meet & Greet - network + business opportunities to mix male and female professionals
