Our aim is to make diversity and internationalisation work in research and research management.
We work with research groups, universities, projects, research support offices, funders and other organisations in research and research management.
We do workshops, consultancy and keynotes.
In our workshops we support your work pre- and post-awards: How do do work with diversity and internationalisation in your research proposal? How do you make a diverse international consortium work when people have different cultures and values? How do you create an inclusive research culture?
A particular favourite of ours is to work with junior researchers. With them we have the opportunity to create a more inclusive research environment in the future. We think it is important that they develop the skills in this area as a natural part of their leadership in research.
In our consultancy we support funders, universities, university alliances, research support offices etc. in analysing policies and culture and creating new policies, grants and procedures for a more inclusive research culture. Our approach is that we want to make a practical change - not write another report that is forgotten in a drawer.
We always enjoy delievering keynotes at conferences. We combine practical advice with thoughts on why this is important to us all. And we try to keep it humorous, because while it is a serious topic - we should have fun talking about it at changing the world for the better.
