Division Inns offers intelligent accommodations in the heart of Southeast Portland, Oregon. We have blended aspects of a boutique hotel, bed & breakfast, and a vacation rental to create 2 wonderful places to stay - the Evermore and the Bluebird Guesthouses. Both the Evermore and the Bluebird have been remodeled to blend the warmth of classic Portland with modern amenities such as fast wi-fi, luxury mattress' and endless hot water. Furnished warmly yet simply, there is just enough to make you feel comfortable without being cluttered. Each of our guest rooms are uniquely styled and furnished, while offering a consistent attention to comfort and amenities. The large social rooms invite you in and provide the ideal setting for dining, relaxing or entertaining. The kitchen is available for you to cook a meal, prepare a snack or just boil water for tea, and a continental breakfast is ready in the morning whenever you are.
