Dobbins Construction offers an alternative. We offer collaborative partnering arrangements for organisations and developers who have the desire to experience a better planned, designed, managed and delivered building project that CAN run on time and within budget.
Specifically, our team brings the experience and skills of working with Tier-2 construction companies on large projects to the small to medium ($2M - $10M) commercial, residential and infrastructure building space. Our team are passionate about the process of building (and all that it entails) and getting it right!
We achieve this through better planning and clear expectations right from the outset, which results in a better build experience for everyone. A different experience, one that, we believe, will benefit both our clients and the industry in the long term.
