Dongguan Luphi Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. (branded LuphiTouch) was established in 2008. It located in Huaide Area, Humen of Dongguan. The factory area covers about 4500 square meters. LuphiTouch is a new high-tech enterprise for human machine interface technology development and products manufacturing which certified by ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485 and OHSAS18001.
Our main business and products include designing and manufacturing kinds of membrane switches, membrane keypads, capacitive switches, graphic overlays, touchscreen panels, TFT LCDs, touch display modules, SMT assembly and turnkey assembly. We also can provide buttons backlighting design, electronics design, structure design, function control software development and manufacturing services for whole HMI projects.
All of our manufacturing rooms are 100000 class clean & antistatic. Our screen-printing room is 10000class and we also have 1000class precision electronics assembly room to do precision electronics assembly, like touch panel, LCD etc. OCA assemblies.
We established our inner reliability testing room which makes us can do life testing, electrical function testing, environment testing, high temperature testing, low temperature testing salt spray testing, waterproof testing etc.
