Dorbolò è un’Azienda a conduzione familiare, attiva da oltre mezzo secolo nelle Valli del Natisone, in Friuli-Venezia Giulia.
Fondata nel 1955 da Antonia Onesti e oggi gestita dalle nipoti, Joelle e Jessica Dorbolò, che rappresentano la 3°generazione di gubaniere.
L’Azienda, infatti, nota anche con l’appellativo di “Gubanificio” è rinomata in Italia e nel mondo per la produzione e la tutela di un noto dolce tipico locale: la Gubana, che tuttora viene realizzata artigianalmente, secondo l’originale ricetta della nonna.
Dal 2013, alla Gubana sono stati aggiunti nuovi prodotti da forno, dalle viennoiseries al pane fresco con lievito madre, che vengono proposti anche all’interno dei due punti vendita: la Gubana Boutique di Cividale del Friuli e lo Spaccio di San Pietro al Natisone, attiguo al laboratorio.
Attualmente, l’Azienda coinvolge 20 giovani collaboratori, accomunati da un’unica missione: diffondere il “verbo” della Gubana, oltre i confini regionali, rendendola un’eccellenza globale.
