Dowclay was founded in 1960 and is located in the industrial area of Pinetown, Kwa-Zulu Natal. Dowclay is situated on it's privately owned land and an architecturally well-designed factory.
Dowclay operates a total of 50+ machines, which specialize in turning machinery and cutting, as well as having world-class CNC automated 4-axis machining centers that produce the highest quality parts.
Our experience of over half a century has equipped us with novel skills, know-hows in technology and competent human resources. Consequently, we are able to provide our customers with the advantages of automatic machining and quality assurance.
Dowclay Products is readily available to deliver on any project, regardless of the complexity and cost, proving our customers with technical solutions through our automated machine technology.
Quality is paramount. Our manufacturing processes are fully ISO 9001 certified and our staff strictly comply with standards required. This strives to improve process control for the purpose of delivering a high quality final product.
