Aurora is the Roman Goddess of Dawn. Dreams seen at Dawn often come true.
Aurora is also a natural light display in the Earth's sky, predominantly seen in high-latitude regions (around the Arctic and Antarctic) in the night. We aim to create similar flashes of brightness and brilliance in the despair of the night in the lives of people.
Disney's princess Sleeping beauty was also called Aurora. We also aim to awaken & empower women through our company.
The “Au” at the center of the name is also the chemical Symbol of Gold. We aim to set a Gold standard for Learning and Development.
The Mascot of our firm is the Phoenix. (Rise from the ashes)

The founder of DreamAura is Siddharth Sathe.
His repertoire ranges from being a Hotelier to a Sailor, from dabbling in Operations, Sales, Quality Assurance & Training in BPOs, to Head Financial Organizations’ Training Teams!
With over 24 years of Professional experience and 45 years of life, he has learnt a lot from what life teaches. The desire to put these Learnings into transformation of others’ lives is what keeps him going every single moment.
