简介：
志愿行者DreamWalker China (DWC) 是联合国教科文组织（UNESCO）创办的国际志愿服务协调委员会（CCIVS）的成员。旨在透过全球性的国际志愿服务组织网络，在中国推广及发展国际志愿服务，启发及培育世界公民（Global Citizen）及创变客（Changemaker），为中国及全球社区发展与青年个人成长作出正面而持续的贡献及转变。
通过国际志愿服务工作，即国际工作营，参加者可以行走于不同国度，协助各地社区应对全球性议题，并深度体验当地的真实文化。志愿行者致力鼓励及召集有志人士参与国际志愿服务，从教育、环境、社会等方面为世界带来正面的改变。另外，于国际文化交流而言，志愿行者能增强友好互信，为彼此理解及世界和平提供基础；于个人成长发展而言，志愿行者开拓眼界与思想，扩展国际网络与发展机遇。 志愿行者现与世界各地超过100个国家的国际志愿服务组织合作，每年为国内青年及团体提供约5,000个国际工作营的参与机会，并全球招募志愿者，每年參與總人數约40,000人。从2014年开始，志愿行者陆续每年在中国大陆举办国际工作营。目前有福建土楼，江西抚州，广东中山及从化四个工作营地，让中国大陆及国际志愿者一同参与志愿服务，以及进行文化交流。

所有人都可以透过国际志愿服务或行动，成为世界公民（Global Citizen）及创变客（Changemaker），对中国及全球社区发展与青年个人成长作出正面而持续的贡献及转变。
