Veel trainingen zijn als het ware een bak water die over de deelnemers uitgestort wordt. Ze worden er goed nat van, drogen op en gaan weer door waar ze gebleven waren. Op deze manier blijft de informatie top of mind en kunnen deelnemers wat ze geleerd hebben direct toepassen in en op hun werk.
