Dutch Expat is a Turkish recruitment company with its headquarters in the Turkish capital Ankara. Dutch Expat mediates between Turkish highly skilled migrants (expats) and Dutch recruitment companies with the purpose of making as much placements as possible.
Because of:
• The increasing degree of labor shortage in the Netherlands;
• The proven high potential of the Turkish workforce;
• More flexible conditions for Turkish citizens applied by the IND and;
• The Dutch highly skilled migrant program
A healthy breeding ground is created for mediating between Dutch recruitment companies and Turkish expats.
What we do
Dutch Expat has a very comprehensive and unique set of services:
• Dutch Expat offers Dutch recruitment companies a ready-made pool of candidates of potential Turkish expats who have an outspoken desire to live and work in The Netherlands and who are ready for online interviews.
• Dutch Expat also sources and selects specifically on the basis of the vacancies of Dutch recruitment companies.
• When the online interviews are a success and there is mutual willingness between the candidate and the employer to enter an employment agreement, Dutch Expat manages the whole application process towards the IND for the work and residence permit.
• Dutch Expat provides Dutch language lessons for the candidates. Thanks to the tailor-made language packages, the candidates speak the Dutch language even before they enter the Netherlands.
• Dutch Expat arranges the housing of the candidates in The Netherlands.
• Once in the Netherlands, Dutch Expat takes care of all the necessary steps so that the candidate can start his/her work as soon as possible. Think of BSN-number, bank account, DigiD, etc.
