Dutch Value Logistics is een e-fulfilment bedrijf wat gestart is met haar activiteiten in 2021. Met de bouw van de nieuwe zwaar beveiligde The Dutch Vault in Houten heeft niet alleen de muntfabriek van de Koninklijke Nederlandse Munt NV hier haar intrek genomen, maar zijn ook de bedrijfsactiviteiten van Dutch Value Logistics opgestart. Een start-up gericht op het opslaan en verzenden van waarde goederen middels fijnmazige distributie. Als launching customer is er gestart met alle leveringen vanuit de webshop van de Koninklijke Nederlandse Munt, maar ondertussen worden ook voor andere klanten de e-fulfilment leveringen verzorgd; inslag, opslag en uitslag. Ook zijn er mogelijkheden voor langdurige secured storage van edelmetaal.
Als warehouse management systeem heeft Dutch Value Logistics gekozen voor Picqer. Met dit WMS systeem koppelen we eenvoudig webshops (Magento, Woocommerce, Shopify e.a.), pakketdiensten (PostNL, DPD, DHL, e.a.) en klantenservice tools aan onze operatie.
Binnen de gehele workflow wordt een vier ogen principe toegepast. Nadat de picker de producten uit het magazijn geselecteerd heeft, wordt middels scanning gecontroleerd of de producten (met barcode) bij de bestelbon horen. Daarna worden de producten gereedgemaakt voor verzending conform verpakkingsvoorschriften van de klant. Er is geen direct contact tussen werknemers en externen. Dit verloopt altijd via aanwezige security. Er is een dagelijkse pick-up van diverse vervoerders.
