Dynamic Methods was established by David Howell in 2006. David realised the repetitive, form-filling nature of the real estate industry was highly inefficient, with flow-on effects to productivity, client service and profitability. He believed a more streamlined, intuitive and user-friendly process could be developed electronically – essentially creating a suite of on-line tools to make ‘paperwork’ less time-consuming.
And so, the platform for REI Forms Live was developed.
Through collaborative ‘partnerships’ with Real Estate Institutes, REI Forms has been developed, improved and expanded upon to become the industry’s essential on-line tool. It allows agents and property mangers the freedom and mobility to create, edit and manage forms and contracts from their computers, tablets and smartphones. Documents can even be signed using digital pens.
Today, REI Forms Live is Australia’s leading real-estate forms software. It’s been used in 7,500 agencies by 36,000 (and something) agents and managers who are using 487 form templates and 219 annexures.
Recently, the 15 millionth form was created.
REI Forms Live is legally compliant in each state and endorsed by REINSW, REISA, REIWA, REINT, REIT, REIQ AND REIACT.
