Dynamis People Solutions provides a new, strategic, UK training-led, ethical, fully CQC/Care Inspectorate compliant end-to-end overseas permanent staffing solution for care home providers across the UK.
We only sourcing candidates via our specialist training partner courses in Delhi, India, so we can ensure we provide high quality, UK-trained, permanent social care staff, fully documented and visa ready to work in the UK social care sector (all are already healthcare qualified in India prior to being accepted onto the course).
We can also design bespoke end-to-end solutions for partner clients, so in addition to ensuring each candidate can demonstrate the personality, empathy compassion and communication skills to ensure success - we can ensure they will be equipped with any additional personal or technical skills to enhance the level and types of care your business can provide.
Our proven model has already successfully placed over 160 high-quality permanent overseas staff with our initial partner client, and will happily share references and proven data, on request.
With a projected 500+ more course graduates to place in the new 12 months (and more in future), we are now looking to engage with a limited number of partner care home businesses to ensure our high quality candidates gain full-time, permanent roles with properly registered, ethical employers who are invested in their staff.
