Growing a business doesn’t have to be hard and getting the help to do it shouldn’t be a burden. I work with clients to build businesses that revolve around their ideal clients. Many business owners are great at what they do, but they’ve never been shown how to run a business. I work with business leaders to help them scale their organisation so that their growth is sustainable. They may have already tried to grow without success, or they don’t know where to start. It can be soul destroying when you’ve worked hard but not had the success you deserve. The problem is, when you try to grow a business without the right tools and processes in place, you are swimming against the tide. Business is coming in, but you don’t have the capacity to look after it AND continue to grow. The first step is to determine where we can make the biggest gains quickly. I work with my clients to install simple processes that ease anxiety and reduce the amount of mental effort needed trying to work it all out. This can include: *Identifying their ‘ideal’ customers, those who will naturally want to work with them and want to buy into what they offer. *Helping them to recruit the right people into their team, people who understand the mission of the business and the customers it aims to satisfy. *Regain control of their finances so that they are not overspending and are profitable and have a positive cash flow. Working with me is a simple three-step process: 1. Book a ‘Discovery’ Session – here we’ll talk about where you are now, where you want to be in three years and what you need to do to get there. 2. Create a plan to improve your business – you’ll have a plan to move you from where you are currently to where you want to be in three years. 3.
