Each One Teach One (EOTO) e.V.ist eine Community-basierte Bildungs- und Empowerment-Organisation in Berlin. Im März 2014 eröffnete der Verein als Kiez-Bücherei seine Türen und ist seither ein Ort des Lernens und der Begegnung. EOTO stellt Literatur von Menschen afrikanischer Herkunft vor und vermittelt Wissen im intergenerationalen Dialog. Im Bereich der Jugendförderung reicht das Portfolio von aufsuchender Jugendarbeit, über Nachhilfe bis zum ersten Studien- und Stipendientag für junge Schwarze Menschen. Darüber hinaus ist EOTO träger der Antidiskriminierungsberatung EACH ONE und Mitinititaor der PAD Week - der Woche für Menschen afrikanischer Herkunft im europäischen Parlament. EOTO verfolgt das Ziel Perspektiven, Lebenserfahrungen und Wissensbestände von Schwarzen Menschen aufzuarbeiten, zugänglich zu machen und auf empowernde Art weiterzugeben. Wir empowern Schwarze Menschen auf der Grundlage von Communitybuilding und haben die Vision, dass wir in allen gesellschaftlichen Bereichen auch in Leitungspositionen selbstverständlich vertreten sind. Unser Name ist dabei Programm: Each One Teach One!
