“Easy” ci è sembrata la parola che comunicasse meglio il nostro concetto: siamo partiti dall’idea che tutti vogliono mangiare sano ma non sempre hanno il tempo o la voglia di cucinare. Questo ci ha spinti a creare una linea di piatti pronti veloci da rigenerare ma soprattutto sani e nutrienti: la cottura in sottovuoto, infatti, mantiene tutte le proprietà organolettiche del prodotto.
“Easy” seemed to us the best word that communicated our concept: we started from the idea that everyone wants to eat healthy but they don’t have time or inclination to cook. This has led us to create a range of ready meals quick to warm up but above all healthy and nutritious: Sous-Vide cooking, in fact, retains all the organoleptic properties of the product.
