Human interaction is determined by the way a situation is experienced. And how that situation is experienced depends not only on the context, but also on your own background and development. E&D Performance works from the framework of 'Circles of people-in-context' to strengthen self-awareness and to see and act better in leading groups and teams. The work is based on human physiology, appreciative and compassionate inquiry, developmental psychology and social psychology and management & organization.
In addition, we work with heart rhythm, breathing, strength and fitness training to strengthen your body awareness. We call this working from 'the complete person'. We do this through meetings based on experiential and social learning.
In addition to in-company programs and guidance, we provide introduction workshops and master classes.
