Eco Impact Advisors (EIA) is more than just an Oman-based fund advisor and financial consultancy founded and managed by successful self-made Omani and American entrepreneurs. Venture Capital: EIA mobilizes venture capital (ours, yours, and others’) to invest in early-stage startups which are operating in the circular economy, climate-tech, agri-tech, clean-tech, and related eco-focused sectors. c. We are uniquely positioned to identify and fund founders which are profit and impact motivated. Because we at EIA are 100% aligned with these values.
2. Growth Capital: We help owners finance their plans to scale, grow, pursue new markets/products & new countries. Our extensive regional network gives our clients the opportunity to tap into international funding sources and regulatory support in different countries. Our growth capital strategies leverage existing Free Trade Agreements and other international trade frameworks encouraging cross-border trade.
3. Buyout/M&A/Exit Strategies: When the time comes to exit, we are there for our clients. Our one stop shop completes due diligence, and matchmaking with seriously qualified and motivated local and international investors. We are there from exit strategy to closing.
4. Eco System Development: We embrace the 80/20 principle. We give away 20% of our time, giving back to the ecosystem which nurtured us.
