eCONBiL ist ein Forschungsprojekt des Instituts für Logistikrecht und Riskmanagement (ILRM) an der Hochschule Bremerhaven. Projektleiter ist Prof. Dr. Thomas Wieske. Projektunternehmen sind die Hochschule Bremerhaven, das ILRM sowie die abat AG. Förderer des Projektes sind die Bremerhavener Gesellschaft für Investitionsförderung und Stadtentwicklung mbH (BIS), der Europäische Fonds für regionale Entwicklung (EFRE) sowie Die Senatorin für Klimaschutz, Umwelt, Mobilität, Stadtentwicklung und Wohnungsbau der Freien Hansestadt Bremen.
