Firmamız 1964 yılında kurucumuz MEHMET PAS tarafından “Edessa Gıda Ticaret” adı altında ticari hayatına adım atmıştır. İlk yıllarda sadece perakende satış hizmeti veren firmamız daha sonra gıda toptan satıcılığına da giriş yapmıştır. Sektörde hızla yerini alarak kurumsallaşma yolunda ilerleyen firmamız 2012 yılından beri Çavuşoğlu Biberleri ve Haşiroğlu Tarhana bölge bayisidir. Kocavezir iş merkezinden sonra bir süre de Atikop Toptancılar sitesinde hizmet vermiş olan firmamızın geçtiğimiz yıllarda Adana içinde başka şubeleri de bulunmaktaydı ancak son 20 senedir Kocavezir mahallesi pazarlar caddesi köşebaşında yer alan tek şubeli toptan ve perakende satış mağazamız bulunmaktadır. Üreticiden en kaliteli ürünleri sofranıza kadar getiren firmamız aynı zamanda restaurant ve catering şirketlerine de hizmet vermektedir. Kendi üretim yaptığı ürünlerle de tüketicilerin beğenisini kazanan firmamız 2015 yılından beri Edessa markası altında Salata sosu üretimi de yapmaktadır.
