- Must have a small business that was negatively impacted by Covid ( this
could be monetarily, having to close [temporarily or permanently] due to
being considered a non-essential business, or having to follow capacity
restrictions)
- Must be a small business that is 51% or more women and/or minority
owned
- Location of the business must be in the Las Vegas jurisdiction (If you are
in Clark County, Henderson, or North Las Vegas we would not be able to
accept you into the program at this time)
- Business must have active City of Las Vegas and State of Nevada Business
Licenses
- Businesses must have been open an operating prior to November of
2020
