Ons doel is door (educatieve) activiteiten zoveel mogelijk mensen te betrekken bij het behoud van sociaal, cultureel, immaterieel, eetbaar, educatief en culinair erfgoed. Erfgoed verbindt ons met onze wortels en is een bron van kennis & plezier. Laten we het samen koesteren, vieren, behouden en doorgeven. Eindeloos = zonder einde en geweldig. Erfgoed is Eindeloos!
Vanuit onze basis in de Achterhoek maken wij ons samen met onze ambassadeur, oprichter van de stichting Eindeloos Erfgoed en pit-tot-schil-/kop-tot-kontchef Nel Schellekens sterk voor behoud en bescherming van eindeloos erfgoed voor toekomstige generaties.
Dat doen we o.m. door projecten als ‘Appeltje voor de Dorst’ (jaarlijkse erfgoeddag in september op het erf van het Keunenhuis in Winterswijk) en de Kookketen (in ontwikkeling; hierover later meer).
