- TRADE FINANCE: We use Structured Commodity Finance (SCF) into our Soft Commodities class. It’s for us a means to reduce our exposure to any demand, supply or price shocks. We work with some financial instruments such as Transferable, irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC’s at usuance or at sight), Stanby Letter of credit (SBLC), Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC), Bank garantee, etc…We could also do Cash Against Documents (CAD).
