• Create narratives to address (i) oper. performance; (ii) marketing and ops strategies; (iii) the value of CapEx pgms.; (iv) competitive analysis; among other issues.
=// Hire third party prof'ls and client employees:
• Hiring employees
• Selecting Insurance agency, (i) allocate markets, (ii) review, evaluate terms of ins. proposals.
• Selecting Lender
• Selecting Contractor, (i) scope out project to the maximum detail possible; (ii) solicit, analyze, normalize & compare candidate proposals; & (iii) review findings & selection criteria for final selection.
