Ekletta nasce da un’idea di Massimo Corea, ingegnere meccanico che entra in Ducati Motor nel 1997, laureandosi in azienda.
Il progetto vede la sua luce nel novembre del 2013 sulla base del suo desiderio di ricreare una storia di successo ed un’azienda che fosse in grado di trasmettere ai suoi clienti le stesse emozioni che lui aveva percepito in Ducati. Quelle di un prodotto in grado di emozionare, soltanto guardandolo, esattamente come il Monster S4R, sua creazione di successo internazionale.
La visione strategica aziendale di Ekletta è quella di ricreare un modello di e-bike che ricalchi esattamente gli standard e le procedure di un’azienda automotive.
