EAEA develops social and cultural projects for children, youth, women and disadvantaged individuals. Dernek, bilimsel, sanatsal, çağdaş ve evrensel değerlere saygılı olarak, sanat ve eğitim alanında uygulamaya yönelik, bilgilendirme, geliştirme, yaygınlaştırma, iletişim ve katılım etkinlik ve işlevlerini toplumun her kesimine özellikle çocuk, genç, kadın ve dezavantajlı bireylerin daha aktif toplumsal roller üstlenmelerini sağlayacak sosyal ve kültürel çalışmalar yapmayı amaçlar.
Dernek çalışmalarıyla kültürel çeşitliliğe ve farklılıklara saygılı bireylerin gelişmesine temel hak ve özgürlükler çerçevesinde insan haklarına katkıda bulunmayı amaçlar.
Bu kapsamda dernek; faaliyetlerini gerçek ve tüzel kişiler, eğitim kurumları, özel sektör ve kamu kuruluşları, sivil toplum örgütleri, kalkınma ajansları, özel fonlar, konsolosluklar, yerel yönetimler, Avrupa Birliği, Birleşmiş Milletler ve Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Devleti bünyesinde açılacak proje ve hibe programları için proje önerileri geliştirir ve uygular.
