Ekostar Pak is a licensed packaging waste management system operator, operating in accordance with the principle of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR). On behalf of our clients, companies that place packaging on the Serbian market, we organize the collection, reuse and recycling of packaging waste and ensure compliance with the targets set by the Packaging Waste Reduction Plan Regulation and the Law on Packaging and Packaging Waste.

Our goal is to reduce the amount of packaging waste disposed of in the environment. By ensuring responsible waste management for our clients and reducing the negative environmental impact of packaging, we contribute to the preservation of natural resources and the development of a circular economy in Serbia.
The founders of Ekostar Pak are Jaffa Biscuit Factory from Crvenka and the Umka Cardboard Mill, both members of the Kappa Star Group.
In 2010, the Ministry of Environmental Protection authorized Ekostar Pak to operate as a national packaging waste operator in Serbia.
Today, with over 850 clients, Ekostar Pak is the market leader in Serbia, holding a 35–40% market share in the total volume of packaging placed on the market.
