Founded in Denver over 40 years ago, the Colorado UpLift model has proven effective in changing these trends and transforming lives of our nation’s youth. Elevate USA supports current UpLift models (Elevate Orlando, Elevate Phoenix, Elevate New York City, Elevate Augusta, and 17 other affiliates) while launching new affiliates in cities throughout America.
