We are a non-profit association working toward a more equal, diverse, and inclusive tech ecosystem in Switzerland. The aim of this group is to build a strong network of women and minorities so that we can encourage, support and create an environment where we can all thrive, collaborate and imagine fruitfully. Our mission is three-fold:
1) To shine a light on women who have shattered stereotypes so that they may inspire others
2)To identify routes around barriers to entry for anyone to get into technology
3)To encourage and nurture those interested in technology through practical workshops and mentoring
By highlighting the multiple routes to build a successful life and career around technology - we want technology to become an accessible choice for women in Switzerland. Whether you are in health care, banking, advertising, in a start-up, or academia, or just interested in technology, you are welcome.
Whether you are a woman, or you are interested in creating space for more women in your company, or industry, or simply interested in the diversity of ideas -- all are welcome!
