What is EOS? The Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a set of simple tools and processes used to effectively operate your business. It’s not a “set it and forget it” system. It requires continuous focus, exercise, and diligence to help your business grow to new heights. If you’ve already worked with an EOS Implementer, you understand how critical the Integrator role is to effectively operate your business. However, many Visionaries simply don’t have anyone on their team capable of being the Integrator, nor do they have a need to hire someone full-time. What is an Interim Integrator? Interim Integrators help fill the void that many Visionaries struggle with. Just as it sounds, an Interim Integrator acts as an Integrator, or “Operator” on an interim basis – typically one day a week – to help organizations stay true to the EOS processes an Implementer has helped to establish. We meet with Visionaries and the leadership team to ensure everyone shares a collective vision, creating the traction a company needs to drive the business forward. We join Focus Days & Level 10 Meetings, check in on Rocks & To Dos, refine Scorecard metrics, Identify, Discuss, & Solve Issues, and fully embrace the tools EOS provides. The ultimate goal of Interim Integrators is to work ourselves out of a job - really! We will be there to help build a framework, establish a solid leadership team, and identify a long-term Integrator as our replacement. At that point you'll have all the systems, tools, processes, and leadership to continue your EOS journey independently, finally living your best EOS Life!
