Wir brauchen mehr Selbststeuerung, mehr Strategie, mehr Wissen um die Auswirkungen intuitiven Führens.

Unser Fokus ist das Individuum im Team. Für Athlet:innen bedeutet das, in die Selbstwirksamkeit zu kommen. Für Coaches bedeutet das, individualisiert zu führen. Es braucht eine tiefe und differenzierte Kenntnis des motivationalen Antriebs des Einzelnen in seiner Beziehung zur Umgebung. Konsequent motivbasierte Entwicklung und Führung erbringt genau die steuerbare Performance, die wir anstreben – auf und neben dem Platz.
