Founded in 2003, Elliott Armstrong are a boutique Executive Search and Human Performance consultancy.
We have C-Level expertise in Executive Search and Research, the assessment and performance improvement of both individuals and teams, corporate & market intelligence-gathering, & the training of research teams.
Over the 14 years we have been in business, we have worked for a range of clients from FTSE 100 / Fortune 500 companies through to new start-ups, and also from a number of the leading global headhunting firms through to boutique industry or geographic specialists.
We have a ‘generalist’ ability to work across all industries and sectors, and have a particular knowledge of Technology, FMCG, Aviation, Retail Finance, Private Equity and Venture Capital Firms & the particular requirements of the Middle East.
We also run workshops and training services with our partners in the Performing Arts to open up creativity and potential, freeing people to perform at their best.
