Bordered by nicely developed neighborhoods and anchored by Benton Park, we believe that this area is ripe for tremendous growth. Led by real estate attorney Ned Lips and his wife Barbara, elLIPtic buys, rehabilitates and sells real estate. Soon we will have secured our real estate licenses and will be able to perform these services for others. We will be creating funds from investors to take advantage of the tremendous opportunities in our region.
