The Elevated Learning Experience, or ELX, is a design studio and online community on a mission to help you elevate the way you do L&D by introducing you to tips and techniques for initiating a Skills-Driven Strategy.
Founded by award-winning Creative Director Andraya Goodwin-Bhuyan, ELX stands on the belief that workforce training strategies should be skills-driven.

By prioritizing learning experiences that facilitate practice and hands-on engagement (e.g., workshops, on-the-job training, and multi-day challenges) and reducing the time/money/effort/resources spent on knowledge-sharing content, L&D teams are extending their bandwidth to explore new ways to be more effective and innovative with their approach.
