The story begins in 2010 when Dyar city entity was created which is considered one of the oldest and largest real estate Development companies in al Mokattam which built its success in the first place on reputation of its board members and their 35+ years experience in real estate development
As they became one of the leading companies in the real estate field in no time they managed to complete several projects in a short period including Dyar I, Dyar II, Dyar III, and Dyar business park.
El mukattam’s first Residential compound has opened its doors Dyar I They began working on the project in 2010 and accomplished it in 2013 through an endless effort to develop the compound in the highest quality while keeping project delivery time in mind as they promised their clients
The company expanded by launching Dyar II In 2014 their second project at Mokattam and it was delivered in 2017 and the efforts where hard to provide better service than the company’s previous years because the company ambition has no limits and never ends
In 2016 the company decided to offer services to it’s residential complexes.The company has expanded and turned to business ventures. The opening of the first commercial complex in mokattam “Dyar Business park” In 2019 attracted the attention of government banks Like Bank of Egypt and United Bank and from here the company rose to Mokattam region and began the era of administrative building with a larger size of investments.
The third project started in 2018 in Mokattam “Dyar III” and they managed To deliver the final complex in 2022 in a way that suits the company’s business and expansion.
And here we are in 2023 getting ready to set up our fifth largest project soon, the first medical commercial administrative complex on Al-Mokattam Corniche.
