After 22 years as owner and managing director, Martin Lutz is retiring from the company. Continuity, maintaining good relations to the international customer base and maintaining jobs in the region were important considerations during the whole succession process EMC PARTNER IMMOBILIEN AG, will retain the property ownership and EMC PARTNER AG continues the operational business in the existing premises. The reorganisation comes into effect from June 1st 2016.
Five long time employees and shareholders with a wealth of experience will take over management of the company.
