Established in 2018, by Jonathan Caldwell, Emerging Talent works with companies throughout Sub-Saharan Africa to help identify the very best talent available from the diaspora and the local market. With experience working in the East African start-up community, we have successfully worked with a number of organisations that were previously struggling to identify high-calibre candidates for critical roles.
We pride ourselves on the fact that the majority of candidates that we place are either through a direct referral or headhunted so are not necessarily active on the market or engaged with other agencies.
