La S.A. Emergo a été fondée en 1950. Son activité consistait alors dans la vente de produits synthétiques, dans le sens large du terme. A partir de 1965, Emergo commence à jouer un rôle plus important dans la construction civile et les travaux publics (bâtiments, construction de ponts et chaussées, constructions metalliques et hydrauliques). Emergo n’est pas seulement le représentant exclusif de différentes marques étrangères, mais également fabricant sous licence.
Avec son équipe Emergo a conquis définitivement sa place dans les domaines suivants : construction, techniques particulières, montage et commerce.
