Sendikanın Kuruluş Amacı
Metal İşkolu’nda faaliyet gösteren üyesi işverenleri temsil etmek, mevzuat çerçevesinde üyelerinin ortak ekonomik ve sosyal hak ve menfaatlerini korumak, geliştirmek, yardımlaşmalarını sağlamak, işkolunda çalışma ilişkilerinin geliştirilmesine, iyileştirilmesine ve ahenkli bir çalışma ortamı kurulmasına yardımcı olmak, ülke ekonomisini güçlendirici çalışmalarda bulunmak, toplu iş sözleşmesi, grup toplu iş sözleşmesi, çerçeve sözleşmeler akdetmek, çalışma barışını kurmak ve devam ettirmek ve bu amaçlar dairesinde Türkiye çapında faaliyette bulunmaktır.
