Empanda Properties is a Residential Letting Agency based in Altrincham, South Manchester. We let and manage homes throughout South Manchester and Manchester City Centre.

Empanda Properties was founded to do things differently and do the simple jobs well. We’re going back to basics by focusing on high-quality and reliable customer service for Landlords and Tenants alike.

Free Market Appraisal
Letting Fee: £350
Management Fee: 10% of the rent per calendar month
Prospective Tenant Fees:
Non-returnable Application Fee: £125 per person
Guarantor Fee: £75 (if required)
