Since its inception in 2017, there has been a distinct lack of movement in the gender pay gap. Empower is on a mission to prioritise women and drive change because – while we have seen progress – we’re not at the same level as men.
Empower was founded to elevate, support and accelerate female talent and break down gender-based barriers to level up leadership.
Founder, Kirstene Hair, former Member of Parliament and Political Advisor, brings her unique experience of life in public office, speaking from the most famous debating Chamber in the country, along with an understanding of the specific challenges and pressures women face on their leadership journey, to grow and advance female talent.
We support women to thrive professionally and personally – and achieve their version of success – whatever that may be, through our tailored coaching, thoughtful, innovative courses, and inspiring events.
Kirstene Hair is an Accredited Leadership Coach and regular media contributor and speaks at events up and down to the country to inspire talented, ambitious women and to deliver a level playing field for women.
