I help individuals, teams & organizations transform their processes and practices to make work effective & sustainable.
I am a Consultant and Master’s Student in Positive Organizational Development at Case Western Reserve University, in Cleveland Ohio (May 2024).
My mission is to bring new approaches to the field from my multi-faceted background as an environmental/experiential educator, somatic movement educator, artist/dancer/poet, and international citizen.
(I also have worked in non-profits, corporate, higher ed and high school, conference/event planning, community outreach, and service-learning development)
I believe that how we do anything is how we do everything. I believe that process is as important (if not more important) than product. I believe that by transforming process we can shift our relationship with ourselves, others and the natural world to enable regeneration and flourishing.
My work is to offer processes and practices that enable our personal and professional work to be effective, sustainable, joyful, enriching and delightful, all while caring for ourselves, our colleagues and communities, our organizations, and the land that nourishes us all.
