Wij zijn een team van gespecialiseerd verpleegkundigen, allen werkzaam binnen de acute zorg zoals ambulancezorg, spoedeisende hulp en intensive care, die het initiatief hebben genomen om een medisch noodhulpteam op te richten voor Nederland. We zijn momenteel bezig om te voldoen aan de classificatie en standaarden van de World Health Organisation (WHO) voor de officiële certificatie van een Emergency Medical Team (EMT). Dit betekent dat we streven naar de hoogste internationale normen voor medische noodhulp en dat we goed voorbereid zijn om in diverse noodsituaties te handelen. Wij zetten ons in voor het verbeteren van de overlevingskansen van mensen die (levensbedreigend) gewond zijn geraakt tijdens een natuurramp, terreuraanslag, oorlogssituatie, of grootschalig incident. Onze jarenlange expertise om snel en adequaat te handelen binnen de acute zorg, zorgt ervoor dat we altijd klaarstaan om te helpen waar en wanneer dat nodig is, aan degenen die het het hardst nodig hebben.
