Additionally, our users have access to non-pharmacological self-care programs like mindfulness, diet, and yoga developed by fellow memebers of the endometriosis community to supplement their current management techniques.
Their tracking information is then input into a Calendar overview that provides hard evidence for the individual to present to their healthcare provider to get to the most effective and adequate treatment.
