Bei endorphina stellen wir unsere Backwaren ausschließlich traditionell und von Hand her, mit biologisch angebauten Zutaten und viel Liebe. So ursprünglich wie es nur geht. Seit mehr als 20 Jahren pflegt das Team um Katharina Rottmann in Berlin das traditionelle Backhandwerk und verzichtet dabei ganz auf maschinelle Produktionsweisen. So entstehen hervorragende Natursauerteige aus Roggen, Weizen oder Dinkel.
Unsere Künstler*innen zaubern den Natursauerteig in einer gläsernen Backstube im wunderschönen Hinterhof der Elsenstraße 52 in Neukölln. Dort haben wir auch unser Café eingerichtet. Hier könnt ihr einen Blick in die Backstube erhaschen, frühstücken, einen Kuchen genießen, euer Homeoffice auslagern oder eure Kinder spielen lassen. Ganz abseits vom trubeligen Alltag Berlins. Darüber hinaus findet ihr uns zu den Marktzeiten in der Kreuzberger Markthalle Neun, im Schillerkiez, am Kranoldplatz oder am Südstern.
