Founded in August 2023, and registered in July 2024, ENDZ Group CIC (EG) is a youth-led social enterprise dedicated to building a future where no young person feels isolated or disconnected. We are working to create opportunities that empower young people aged 11 to 25, breaking down barriers caused by poverty, adversity, or lack of access to resources.
Our vision is ambitious: a London where every young person has the support and connections they need to thrive. Guided by our core values—community, inclusion, and creativity—we are developing innovative initiatives to engage young people, nurture their potential, and provide them with meaningful opportunities.
Currently, we are laying the groundwork for transformative projects such as the Endz App, a platform designed to link young people to local opportunities, events, and resources; SkillSync, offering experiences and tools to help young people develop essential life, creative, and language skills; and platforms supporting youth-led journalism, creative storytelling, and impactful social action campaigns that tackle key issues in their communities. These efforts are co-designed with young people to ensure accessibility, relevance, and real impact.
