Our simple and intuitive website offers companies, of all sizes, the opportunity to showcase their internships and placements with the UK’s fastest growing engineering student community, whilst our social media coverage and careers fairs offer unparalleled access to the student body. Our goals are simple: - Minimise the graduate skills gap between leaving university and entering work. - Improve the gender ratio of males to females in the sector. - Ensure that more engineers are retained within the sector upon graduation. In partnership with Engineering students, companies, higher education bodies and institutes across the UK we are aiming to build a stronger and more prosperous Engineering sector.
