As a venture studio and fund with a unique thesis and focus, we're committed to providing more than just capital to startups. While we do take some investments strictly as invested capital, these are for exceptional deals only. Our core mandate is to provide advisory services, actual CxO involvement, capital and access to capital with a strong risk mitigation structure, legal protection, and access to our network of advisors, capital network, and our expertise in teaching how to pitch, command a boardroom or the attention and wallets of a stage of 10,000 people.
Our mission is to support exceptional founders in building the most critical or engaging tools and experiences in Web3.
