Das epaSYSTEM ist ein datenbasiertes Bewertungssystem für den Gesundheitszustand pflegebedürftiger Menschen. Das epaSYSTEM wurde und wird von epaCC wissenschaftlich fundiert entwickelt. Die Umsetzung des epaDATENMODELLs in der klinischen Anwendung erfolgt durch die epaINSTRUMENTE (epaAC, epaKIDS, epaPSYC, epaLTC). Diese ermöglichen Pflegefachpersonen eine systematische Einschätzung des pflegerelevanten Gesundheitszustands von Patienten anhand von Scores. Damit wird die Grundlage für die klinische Entscheidungsfindung im pflegediagnostischen Prozess geschaffen und es ermöglicht die Prognose von Pflegeverläufen.
Zur korrekten Anwendung sowie zur schnellen und unkomplizierten Anwenderschulung hat epaCC gemeinsam mit tts GmbH praxisnahe und bedarfsorientierte Lösung für die Pflegenden entwickelt – Web based Trainings (WBTs). Wir sind davon überzeugt, dass eine professionelle Qualifizierung wesentlich dazu beiträgt, das epaSYSTEM sinnvoll und nachhaltig in den Kliniken zu verankern.
